OverviewDimensionsPerformanceBearingHow to Order
Universal Actuator Interface Unique Intermediate flange provides simple matching to almost any linear actuator end cap design.
- Universal Servo Interface
Flexible slotted bolt circle and oversized pilot equal easy motor installation and no adapters
- Bearing Capacity
Pulley is centered on the between two high capacity bearings which allows for almost twice the belt tension as a standard gearbox
- High Torsional Stiffness
The pulley becomes the output shaft creating rigid connection to the belt drive. Extremely high torsional stiffness result in excellent dynamic
- Compact Design
Integrated crown gear allows for up to 8:1 reduction inside of the pulley. Available in any tooth form
- 30% Cost Savings
Bolts directly into the linear actuator housing, eliminating the need for additional bearing supports, couplings, speed reducers, and mounting structure.
- Greater Reliability
Fewer components result in greater system reliability. Machine uptime and throughput are substantially increased, providing higher profits and faster return on investment!
- Compact Design
With the reducer captured in the pulley, Mectrol has achieved the shortest possible package. The motor is coupled directly to the pulley allowing machine installation in the tightest of spaces.
- Increased Performance
Lower system inertia, greater system stiffness and less lost motion is ideal for high cycling start/stop applications. This allows for faster acceleration and deceleration times. Belt forces are centered between two high capacity bearings, resulting is less deflection and superior accuracy.
- Modular Interface
Allows use with any pulley end cap assembly and in most cases, the pulley drive interface can be used with half of the end cap. The universal mounting system allows for greater design flexibility when replacing direct drive servo systems or other gearboxes; ready to mount to any motor in minutes .
