Onvio's value planetary, AL , provides designers with an economical, precision planetary gearbox that is perfect for today's stepper and emerging low cost servo motors. The design incorporates single or two stages of planetary gearing to create four frame sizes with rated torque from 6 Nm up to 100 Nm.
Gearboxes are produced with less than 12 arc minutes of backlash in a single stage and less than 15 arc minutes in a two stage gearbox. The AL reducer is available in eight standard ratios from 3:1 to 100:1. The cylindrical housing is supplied with either face mounted holes or a square NEMA flange making it a versatile gearbox for global installation.
